Throughout my life I have been surrounded by healthcare workers. My mother and all of my uncles and aunts are either nurses or some type of medical technician. Of course they wanted me to become a nurse. I never wanted to become a nurse, but ever since I was in middle school I knew that I wanted to work in the medical field.
