Personal learning style

We must identify the personalities involved in the conflict. We need to know if we are dealing with a person that prefers mornings and work best when given the ability to complete a task in the early hours of the morning when they are at their best mentally. Considering this factor will bring on positive results for that person. On the other hand, if we are dealing with a person, that performs best in the afternoon to late evenings, (an Owl) he will not fair as well if asked to complete tasks that requires a great amount of concentration in the morning.

These opposite learning styles can create a difficult work environment when paired together to complete a task.
