Paul and Normand do not Understand

The people who need help the most are the people who refuse it. A River Runs Though It tells the story of two young brothers growing up in a house that places emphasis on fly fishing and religion. In their eyes, fly fishing is a way of relaxing with family and learning God’s rhythm. Patience, a passion for art, observation, and God’s rhythm are all learned by Norman and Paul through fly fishing. During fishing the brothers never talk, because they are both hesitant to talk to each other about their problems and accept help. Learning to help your fellow man is like learning to fish, you never fully understand it
