Reading in the business section in today's newspaper, we ran across an article written by Jim Suhr entitled, ?Panera Bread?s Fortunes Are Rising?. Being very familiar to some of us, as we frequent this establishment on a regular basis, it caught our eye. Even with the economy being down, as it is now with the war going on, Panera Bread has managed to stay on top and even continues to grow. This article shows how Panera has been growing in the not-so-fast food industry.
