1. Giant Pandas are one of the most endangered species in the world and are very near extinction. Giant Pandas are members of the bear family and they are only found in China. They have a thick fur that is white over most of their bodies, and is black on their arms, shoulders, legs, ears, and in patches around their eyes. Giant Pandas have poor eyesight and it is not known if they can see in colour. The head and body measures 120-190cm long, and adults weigh 85-125kg.
