Our Superiority Thinking

Well I know we are supposed to write about readings and so on, but really there is nothing else on my mind then our current war in Iraq. I just want to quickly cite why I feel this war will drag on for not days, not weeks, but months. My proposals are all based on the war being extended longer, innocent people dying, and maybe not America benefiting but leaders and corporations benefiting because of the American way of thinking, which is thinking that we are the greatest, the grand, and the almighty. For most of America and especially our leaders to think in this war will lead to a ambiguous outcome and most likely not what our leaders intended when they plagued Iraq with “Coalition Forces”.
The bottom line is our leaders think that we are superior; that we can do what we feel is necessary no matter what world opinion might be. This is why we are in Iraq, because we feel that Iraq’s oil should be ours. This has become very apparent as of recent days. Today Tony Blair ...
