Soft Skills And Hard Skills
According to Honig, Ivancevuch and Mattersen states “ the key to an organizations success is the institution’s human resources. Organizations need human resources that work hard, think creatively and perform excellently. Rewarding encouraging, and nurturing the human resources in a timely and meaningful manner are required.” (Honig, pra.4)
Organizational behavior is important in any workplace because it helps employees understand the structure and practices of an organization and helps to integrate individual goals with organizational objectives. Four of the many important factors are motivation, groups, communication, and job satisfaction all of which are implemented in my organization and adds value for some people within the organization.
First, when people feel they are moving forward, learning new concepts, and adding to their skills there motivation remains high. Employees like to feel that they can grow with and within the organization. Pers...
