Organizational Behavior is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behavior within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization's effectiveness. In the company that I work for, Distinctive Homes, organization and effectiveness is very important. Distinctive Homes is a construction company that hires all subcontractors to build beautiful upper class homes. My job title in this company is a laborer. The owners of the company have goals set that they want, or need, to be accomplished on a daily basis.
