Team Work case

If we have to make a distinction between an MBA program today with that of five or ten years ago, the two most obvious answers would be: critical thinking and team-working emphasis. And it come as no surprise to see that Schulich MBA program has given a special attention to these almost indispensable requirement in today’s business environment.
The team, I was appointed at the beginning of the first year of MBA, is composed of eight members, every one coming from a different professional experience, as well as various living and working environments. Four of them are international student coming from three different countries, which of them with their own cultures and languages. As the teams was organized by the faculty beforehand, we understood that this would be the team we were supposed to work together, and we had no choice about it but to find the way to get the best out of this team, and to accomplish our common goals.
