Of Mice and Men

The mood at the beginning of the novel was pretty up beat. Lennie had just caused a problem by pulling and ripping a girls dress. That caused Lennie and George to always be on the run. Then George found another place for Lennie and himself to work. Lennie and George from the beginning of the novel always had a dream. There dream was the own their own little farm and have rabbits for Lennie to tend and grow a few crops. The expectations that are raised from the book is to always have something new happening and have something to worry about. An example would be like Lennie and George being on the run because of Lennie’s actions through out the novel.
