Observation of Naturally-Occurring Leadership

Some of my first professional experiences were with an Israeli Company called Giltek. It is a technology solution provider for the telecommunication industry. I happened to learn a lot about leadership in the professional sphere within this company, both through bad and good examples.
Elkaná Doroth was one of the first persons I met at Giltek. He is an Israeli naval engineer who got his MBA from US about 20 years ago. He speaks French, German, English, Portuguese and Italian. He has lived in six different countries, including four different regions in the world: Europe, USA, Middle-East and South America.
As I mentioned, I had really bad leaders in my two years experience with Giltek, but I got the best leadership experiences from Elkaná. It is interesting that within the same corporation we may find totally different leadership styles. Some are completely inefficient and frustrating, while others are motivating and proactive.
