Obesity

People usually associate attractiveness and thinness. This makes many overweight people feel unattractive. Many assume that the obese are gluttonous or lazy. Obesity is strongly genetic. If a parent is obese, your risk is raised as genes determine body shape and weight. However, by regulating your diet and exercise habits, using medication, or surgery, genetics don’t take control. Many of the cheap, accessible, and delicious foods in this country are also high in fat.
