Nothing Much

Dear Sirs,

I originally ordered SBC Yahoo DSL around the first of October. The sales rep that I spoke to gave me adequate information about the service, and fees that I would incur for installation and setup. I agreed to purchase the product based on the information that the rep gave me, but unfortunately, it was not all true. I am now extremely frustrated with my experience so far with SBC.
The first thing that went wrong was that the sales rep failed to process the my order correctly. Therefore no DSL modem was ever shipped to me. When I called in to ask why I had not received, I had to speak with numerous reps. I spent over an hour on the phone and was transferred nearly a dozen times, because no rep could explain why the modem wasn’t sent. After speaking with all of those reps, I was assured that the equipment was being sent, and sure enough it was.
