H.G Wells shows us that a utopian society cannot exist in many ways inside his novel. One is through knowledge. Another is through the actions of the Eloi- Morlock society. The final one is throught the actions of the Time Travler in the novel.These things show that a Utopian society can truly not exist.

One way that H.G. Wells shows the non-existance of a Utopian society is through the knowledge of the Eloi and Morlocks. In one instance in the book the time travler findsd the truth about the Morlocks and the Elois relationship. "To his horror, the Time Travler discovers that the morlocks are still meat eaters......human meat." This shows that the society that the Time Travler discover is definitly not utopian for, in a Utopian society cannabalism or even meat eaters would not exist. The Time Travler...
