No War with Iraq

War with Iraq is unnecessary. If the United States goes to war with Iraq, the economic threat will greaten.
A war poses great risks and may not achieve all the ends that the United States has claimed, such as ending terrorist attacks. A few outcomes of the war include the possible alienation of allies, the creation of enemies and the prompting of a larger cycle of violence. Many Americans demand that those responsible for the attacks in New York and Washington be brought to justice. The Secretary of State, Colin Powell, has argued that the United States could achieve these goals through working with other nations according to international laws and conventions.
Iraq poses no imminent threat to the United States. Iraq has not attacked America and has no connection to September 11. War is only necessary as a form of self-defense when all other options are unsuccessful.
