Tracy has worked at Nike Canada since February, 2001 as a Group Marketing Manager. Although she was originally hired to head up Nike's Teen Consumer Marketing, given her previous experience and passion for online marketing she was also asked to manage the Nike Canada website. After an extensive agency review Tracy hired the team at Ninedots to help develop and implement Nike Canada's online strategy.
