Narrative

The air was as thick as soup that night, the night that she told me to stop talking to her. The way
she said it would send chills down anyone’s spine, but tonight, it put a dagger in mine. When she said it, she pursed her lips as she always does when she’s angry and her nostrils flared up like that of a bull waiting to charge. I took the hit. When I did, it felt as if a John Deer tractor had run me over. I’ll never forget that drive home.
This girl meant the world to me, and still does. Every day that we had been together was like that of a fairy tail. It all started one day when we were talking about a little trip that I was planning on taking to Atlanta with some friends of mine. She didn’t approve because of the fact that we were going to a three day car show and my friends had made mention of the fact that there will be girls all over the place throwing themselves ...
