Narrative Job Description

A Manager of the Premier Partner Marketing Division of Jefferson Pilot must be multi-task oriented. He or She has to be creative and energetic to keep up with all of their priorities. Their greatest challenge is attempting to juggle the required but not necessarily profitable tasks among the crucial projects needed to meet the Premier Partner goals. They are scheduled to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and do whatever it takes to get the job done during that time. If they can’t then they will have to take the work home with them. Many tasks have to be completed before the next business day. All tasks performed are critical to the next task.
