The majority of the population agree that their is a need to control access to narcotics. If there where not access control, it would be devastating to society. "People would become addicted to drugs by the millions and the price tag would bankrupt the economy", according to the US Food and Drug Administration’s Director Dr. Ed A. Lottofpills, "if the controls were to be lifted it would be chaos!" Their are proponents to the contrary, "if people would be allowed to take what makes them feel good them the world would be a much more peaceful place." says Dr. Hemp Smoker, of The Society of Free Choice, "people need to relax and enjoy themselves, we don't need anybody telling use what we can use and not use, what do they know!!!"
