Narcissus and Echo

In the story “Narcissus and Echo” two main lessons are being taught. The first of these lessons is honesty. In the story, Echo distracts Hera from her husbands cheating. Echo does this by engaging in long conversations, allowing the nymphs to run away. This is being dishonest because Echo knows about Zeus’ affairs and helps him continue with them.
