I give this book a seven because it was kind of obvious. It was still interesting and I would suggest reading it.

Mrs. Lane made a portrait of Violet because she saved the cat and she was the only one who the cat allowed to be picked up by.



The locket Benny Found with the medal detector has on it the initials R.L. That is what started the whole book.

This is the medal finder Benny used to find the locket. He got this from Mr. Lee.

This is the black curtain Mrs. Lane hid behind so no one could see her.

This is Mrs. Smith. She has not talked to anyone for many years. She is very shy.

This is the cat Violet saved from the car. It belonged to Mrs. Smith, so she took it to the towers and Mrs. Smith let her in. Violet is the first person to go in that doesn’t live there permanently.

This is the tower Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Lane live in.

This is the car that almost hit the poor cat of Mrs. Sm...
