My opinion of the beliefs and impact on society the Moonies have

Some people may and may not want to join the Moonies for various reasons such as early mornings, a lot of physical and mental exercise such as chanting and stretching, the amount of prayer and worship involved, the rituals they perform, their beliefs about God and the universe, and the restrictions they have on society.
Some people are just too lazy to wake up early in the morning to perform rituals, prayers and exercise. This may put them off joining the sect and not look further into the sect. Others may enjoy the early mornings and the exercise because they see it as a way to keep fit and healthy.
