Have you ever had something happen to you that was not quite how you planned for it to be? Sometimes life can take us by surprise. So many different twists and turns, almost like a roller coaster. It can be terrifying yet exciting at the same time. Once the ride starts we make sure to hold on tight, although it helps when you have someone you trust along for that ride. Facing it alone is so much more frightening. If you have someone by your side that loves and protects you it’s so much easier to take that ride.
I’ll never forget when we found out we were expecting. It felt a bit like a roller coaster to me. Sometimes I would think about the future and I couldn’t breathe. How would we manage?
