My Anti-Anti War Statement

While getting ready each morning, I listen to River Country, mainly because all the other radio stations have irritated me by going to talk in the mornings, but that’s beside the point. Every morning at about 7:45, I hear the familiar fanfare of Earl Pitts. Then, I hear the first line “You know what makes me sick? You know what makes me so angry . . .” That’s the best lead in I can come up with today, because it says exactly what I’m feeling.
Anti-war protestors, here it comes. This is article is an anti-anti-war protest. Actually, I simply want to state the facts that seem to be lost on certain people.
Number One: We are not going over to Iraq to steal their oil. This is not about oil. If we really wanted to go over there and steal everything from the country, I'm sure we could manage that. We've been over there before and we didn't take over their oil production. If anything, we'll help rebuild Iraq by purchasing oil from them.
