mspaint vs adobe photoshop

MSPaint and Adobe Photoshop are both great graphic programs, but MSPaint is often shadowed by Adobe Photoshop. I feel that MSPaint is just as good as Photoshop, because you can get the same quality of art from both programs, layers are not needed to make good works of art, and the number of tools in MSPaint can do just as much as the large ammount of tools in Photoshop.
