MOVIE REVIEW OF"MARY SHELLEY'S FRANKENSTEIN"

The two typically figures in the horror story are Dracula and Frankenstein. Familiar with readers, both past and current, Frankenstein is a monster whose skin is green and who has many long cicatrices on his forehead. However, the movie “Frankenstein”, produced by Tristar Studios, Columbia (1994), presented the real version of “Frankenstein”, which is based on the same-named novel by Mary Shelley. It totally attracts viewers by its swooping, wild, bloody and energetic scenes and humane themes as well.
The movie opens and closes with the scene of a thrilling voyage discovering the Atlantic Ocean of Captain Robert Walton in the mid-late 18th century. Icebergs threaten all crew’s lives. Then Captain Walton finds and saves a strange man whose name is Victor Frankenstein. After recovering, that man starts telling the captain an unusual, mysterious story about his research.
