Mockingbird Figures

To Kill a Mockingbird, is a novel by Harper Lee. A six year-old girl named Scout narrates the novel. She relates the events surrounding a court case in which her father, attorney Atticus Finch, defends a black man wrongly charged for rape of a white woman. Atticus has always believed that it is wrong to kill a mockingbird because they are beautiful and harm no one. Three characters in this novel who are like the mockingbird are Atticus Finch, Tom Robinson, and Boo Radley.
