Plot Summary:

Miss Julie tells the story of a young aristocrat (the daughter of the count) who recently broke off her engagement to her fiancé and spends her time hanging out with the servants of the house. The play unfolds as Christine and Jean are discussing the actions of Miss Julie, the count’s daughter, and their engagement while enjoying a Midsummer’s Eve’s dinner. Miss Julie enters the kitchen and asks Jean to dance in front of Christine. Jean is reluctant, but Christine tells Jean it is an honor, and to join Miss Julie. When Jean and Miss Julie come back to talk and drink Christine falls asleep in her chair. Miss Julie and Jean then go to the park where Miss Julie...
