Mirror

Sylvia Plath’s, Mirror
This poem is about a mirror with an unemotional character that is human like. The mirror shows its character as it announces in the first line of the poem, “I am silver and exact. I have no preconceptions” (1). The mirror shows that whatever it sees it reflects without prejuidious. In the second line the mirror states, “I am not cruel, only truthful”.
