The poems “Milly and molly and May,” by, E.E Cummings and “Sea Fever,” by, John Minefields are about the same root thing. They are both about the power of that the sea has over people. In “milly and Molly and May’ the sea is a place of re-self-discovery. As to in “Sea fever” It is as if the sea controls the people’s lives.
