1. 4 reasons of exemption to conscription:
· It is expedient that he should be engaged in his usual work or other non-military work or continues to be educated or trained.
Ø To support the war, the government need many human resources. They need people to be in the war and face the war directly. However, they still need some people to stay and do the work that vital and also supports the war. That’s why the people who do this kind of job have a strong reason to refuse the conscription.
Ex: people who work in manufacture that produce weapon or fire armed can refuse the conscription. Their jobs are also very useful to support the war.
