Matthew 18-22

Starting with chapter eighteen and continuing through chapter twenty-two, Matthews Gospel is a unified piece of text. In these five chapters Jesus is preaching to the people on how to live a good life. Many of these stories are parables, but not all of them, but they still are teaching the people how to live their lives according to God. These chapters are unified, because the stories Matthew includes in these chapters are similar in nature. They all have to do with Jesus preaching to the people on how to live a good life.
Matthew eighteen opens with Jesus speaking of the Kingdom of God (Greatest in the Kingdom), Jesus tells his disciples that they must live in accordance to God and then they shall be placed in the Kingdom of God.
