Martin Luther's "I have a Dream" speech

In Martin Luther King’s “I have a dream” speech, he uses many different examples with pathos and imagery to influence the audience by help giving a sense of reflection on the discrimination and hardships he and other African Americans have received in their lives. He wants to persuade his audience that this is not how they should be treated any longer and that they are now, finally, going to do something about it.
