INTRODUCTION
Groups are an important fact of organizational life. The strength of an integrated group is always greater than the aggregate might of the individuals forming part of it. This is termed as "synergy". Whether Groups are formal groups or informal groups; the hope is that productivity, creativity, and results will be greater in a group environment.
