It’s hard not to get a resolution push for on New Year’s ever. There’s that logic of rebirth and the guilty awareness that you ate your own weight in chocolate during the holidays. Sure, last year’s resolution didn’t make it past the fifth of January but each year you tell your self things will be different.
Most of us don’t have a clue how to make a practical resolution, which is why most of us fall short to keep the ones we make. I have set goals to high for myself, and then wonder why I never reach them. So this year I have decided to either stop setting goals, which is never a good decision, or make resolutions that are reasonably easy to keep.
