1. Co’s image – saturated industry, newspaper story tarnished co image, clients may not accept dealing with her and will think we condone such actions, do what is gd for the company not just 1 individual
2. employee’s moral – doesn’t deal well with subordinates, high expectation n demanding but doesn’t open to arguments, colleagues have reservation working with her as she might abuse them, bad r/s, poor productivity due to persistant of her depression
3. replacement – not difficult and necessary, promote some one in the department
4. ethical issues – give her some form of compensation
