Macbeth based fictional story- relating to theme

It was a dark and stormy night. ( I know that sounds corny, but it really was dark and stormy!) My friend and I were walking home from the game when it started to thunder, and lightening lit up the sky around us. It started to pour, so my friend suggested that we take a shortcut home by going down Washington Street. "No way!" I said. My friend asked me if I was afraid. I was embarrassed, so I agreed to the shortcut. To this day, I wish I hadn't. You see, there were three things on that street that terrified me: The old cemetery, a haunted house, and an abandoned factory...
So we were nearing the old factory that closed down in the early 1900's. All of the windows were boarded up or barred and the doors were held shut with a locked chain.
