Macaroni and Cheese

Have you ever tasted macaroni and cheese so good, you couldn’t put your fork

down? Try this delicious recipe and you won’t regret it. The perfect side for this dish,

in my opinion, is sweet potato casserole.

To make macaroni and cheese, you will need the following ingredients: a one-

pound box of elbow macaroni (or any type of pasta you choose), three cups of

shredded sharp cheddar cheese, two cups of milk, two tablespoons of flour, salt, and

pepper. First, fill a large pot with water, about three quarters full. Add a little salt,

about a half a teaspoon, and set temperature on high to boil the water. Once the water

is boiling, add the pasta and stir so it won’t stick to the bottom of the pot. Follow the

cooking instructions on the box and stir periodically. While the pasta is cooking,

prepare the cheese mixture.
