Louis XIV, XV, XVI

Louis XIV, XV and XVI did not do very many good things for the economic problems in France. Louis XIV didn’t think that he did that bad of a job though. He called himself the “Sun King” he believed that he was the source of all life in the nation, “I am the nation” is what he would say. He made a palace in the village of Versailles. He forced all of the important nobles to live with him in the palace. Every activity, meal, everything revolved around him, he even made the nobles take ballet lessons so they would be graceful.
