-Establishes rules (only the person with the conch is allowed to speak)
-Proclaims that while they wait to be rescued they might as well have fun
-Constently putting Piggy and the little ones down
-Had the bright idea of making a fire with lots of smoke, at the top of the mountain to help them getting rescued
