Literay History

Literary history for me has been extremely assorted in terms of my receiving of knowledge. I have been fortunate to have come in contact with many diverse people and experiences that shaped my literacy into what it is today. I am lucky to be literate in more than the basic reading and writing skills, but also native language, illustration, vernacular speech, digital electronics, and musical performance/composition.
My native language has been something of interest to me. It has been influenced by several different factors. As far as location I was born and raised in west Texas in the city of Midland. It is heavily influenced by the Mexican Culture being as it is approximately two hours from the Mexico border and thirty minutes from the New Mexico border. The city displays its Mexican influence with great clarity.
