Life Changing

A personal experience that has significantly affected my life was the death of my brother last year when I was 16 years old and a junior in high school. Joe died of a drug overdose, two days before his 24th birthday. As you can imagine, this changed my life! When I first heard the news, I felt torn apart, as though part of me had died along with Joe. Losing a brother is not something one can compare to anything else.
