Letter to royal carribean

Dear Royal Caribbean
I recently cruised with my husband and 1 child as well as 3 other couples on the Nordic Empress last week on 1/18-1/25 2003 to the western Caribbean and was slightly disappointed by a few things. We cruised last year to the Eastern Caribbean with you as well and really had no complaints. But there were many issues this time that I felt compelled enough to write to you.
From the first minute that we boarded the ship, there was a foul odor in the ship that was overwhelming. The crew blamed it on the port we were in. We were in that port over an hour before getting on that ship and never smelled anything close to this. Come to find out that the smell was due to a sewage backup on the ship that wiped out many rooms for some passengers and this issue delayed the departure of the ship. This odor was quite annoying as it made me nauseous the first day and the next morning.
