Re: Damaged shipment; Refer to Invoice A-0510

Dear Mr. Gomez,

I was please to receive today, 15 July-03, my order, invoice A-0510, for the Compaq Presario 5900 computer for my home office.

One of the three boxes received was physically damaged during transit. The box itself was smashed in on one side (pictures enclosed) and upon opening the package to examine the contents I discovered a deep cut on the display monitor’s screen (pictures enclosed). I assembled the unit and...
