I hope you are doing good and not worrying about me getting hurt. I am fine, and I have done my best to get out of harm’s way! The rumours you may have heard about Gallipoli are totally untrue, it is very safe here and I thank you for sending me your mother’s cookies, I shared them out among my comrades; They loved them!
