Let’s Roll!

To me, a hero is simply a person who helps a life. I don’t feel that helping a life necessarily means saving a life, but somehow affecting a life in a special way. I feel that there are many ways a person can become a hero. In my opinion, there are a couple important factors in leading a heroic life. The first factor is to be able to trust in God in any moment of your life, including struggles, and relying on Him in everything you do. The next factor would be assisting someone in finding their inner strength, and offering hope by giving peaceful words of inspiration. Both of these things can inspire a person to want to lead a more fulfilling life after what they have seen someone else do in their own life.
During this past summer, I read a book written by Lisa Beamer, the wife of 9-11 hero Todd Beamer. The story reveals what happened on that unfortunate flight of United Flight 93, as well as touching glimpses of a genuine American hero. Todd Beam...
