Definition of the problems of the Faith Community Hospital
The purpose of this report is to define the problems that Faith Community Hospital is experiencing. This paper will propose the appropriate solutions to solve the problems of the hospital.
The Faith Community Hospital has problems with the root problem being the lack of organization and communication. Although the hospital has a mission statement, it is not held in regard when making decisions. Staff members do as they wish without guidance from criteria. The objectives of one staff member may not be the objectives of the other staff members. Communication between the Board of Directors, staff, patients, and family members are broken down to the point that they barely exist. The hospital is in chaos due to no code to guide them in their actions when caring for patients.
