1. During the planning and negotiating process various issues were discussed, such as legal issues surrounding the event, parking situation, crowd control issues and sight lines. The main issues discussed in the part we saw was about the location. The entire stage had to be moved from golden gate park and be reconstructed at the speedway almost overnight. They didn’t get the final confirmation on the speedway until a day or two before the event was to take place. They discussed how people would be getting into the event, the issue was brought up that there is only a small road leading into the area, and where would people be able to put their cars.

2. Hells angles members were placed on the stage and around the stage to grab crowd members that were going onto the stage. They had a few helicopters in place to be used as med-evac if needed.
