Introduction
All students are different. They have different personalities and preferences, come from different backgrounds and display different abilities. Many theorists have put forward proposals as to how students learn, what methods are used to optimise learning, the different preferential styles of learning and how to cater to different students. It is important to note that for all learning theories, the purpose is not to categorise and place learners in identifiable boxes.
