Communication is a great tool in life that everyone is this world can use. Communication is the exchange of thoughts, messages, or information, as by speech, signals, writing, or behavior. It is a necessity in life itself, and without it there would probably be nothing in this world. People would just think of themselves, eating, and surviving. But with communication, more than one person can help in order to achieve a greater goal. Active listening, nonjudgmental statements, paraphrasing, setting examples and visuals are only a small portion of all the elements of effective communication. These elements chosen are demonstrated in leadership and peer support roles such as tutoring, coaching and teaching.
